This dynamic class combines strength and hypertrophy principles, elevating your heart rate, followed by a cardio chaser. It’s less intense than CrossFit but it brings a lot of the same calorie-burning, strength-building benefits.

I love coaching; most of my time is spent as an athlete and coaching lets me switch into a role on the other side of the lens. Being a coach is a pretty special thing to me because not only am I helping someone progress but I am also helping them achieve their goals.

I coach in the hopes that I will not only influence fitness-lovers on a personal level, but also inspire relationships within the fitness community that I have come to consider family. Additionally, I hope to be discovered for her battle rope skills and to one day be played by Megan Fox in the inevitable film and sequels.
Though I usually opt for any and everything within arms reach, I like to indulge in a carbohydrate and protein rich snack following workout (minimizing fat consumption). More often than not I elect for a protein shake (egg whites, low-fat greek yogurt, protein powder, and a splash of vanilla) and a homemade bran muffin (added chocolate chips moreorless mandatory).
